These Terms & Conditions apply to all packages and services provided by Seven Million Bikes Podcasts and Saigon Podcast Studio (“we”, “us”).
1. Scope of service
1.1. Each package includes only the items listed in the package description and any written proposal or invoice we send you.
1.2. Our standard editing is technical editing. This includes basic clean up, noise reduction, volume leveling, mixing, and adding supplied intro, outro, and music.
1.3. Our packages do not include editorial or content editing.
We do not:
• Rewrite or restructure your episode
• Reorder segments for narrative flow
• Fact check content
• Script, coach, or produce interviews
Editorial or content editing can be quoted as an additional service if required.
2. Client responsibilities
2.1. You are responsible for:
• Recording your content unless you book studio time with us
• Providing all raw files, logos, artwork, ad copy, and show notes by the agreed deadline
• Ensuring you have the right to use all content you supply
2.2. We are not responsible for poor recording quality, technical issues in your raw files, or background noise that cannot reasonably be removed in post production.
3. Turnaround times
3.1. Turnaround times are counted from the time we receive all required materials from you, not from the recording date.
3.2. Standard service levels:
• Audio episodes: 2 business days
• Video episodes: 5 to 7 business days
3.3. Rush jobs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
4. Revisions
4.1. Packages include one round of reasonable revisions per episode or deliverable, limited to:
• Small cuts or trims
• Fixing clear mistakes
• Minor graphic or text changes
4.2. Structural or editorial changes, additional cuts, or extra versions count as additional editing and may be charged at our hourly or per-item rate.
5. Studio bookings
5.1. Bookings are confirmed only after payment or deposit as specified on the invoice.
5.2. Cancellations or reschedules:
• More than 48 hours before the session, no fee and deposit can be moved
• Within 48 hours, up to 50 percent of the session fee may be charged
• No shows are charged in full
5.3. You are responsible for your guests’ behavior in the studio. Any damage caused by you or your guests may be charged to you.
6. Payment terms
6.1. All prices are stated before any applicable taxes or fees unless noted otherwise.
6.2. Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
6.3. For monthly packages, payment is made in advance for the upcoming month.
Monthly packages include 4 or 5 episodes depending on how many weeks are in that month.
Unused episodes or hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
6.4. Ten week packages expire 20 weeks from the date payment is made, regardless of when you begin recording. Unused episodes do not roll over past the expiry.
6.5. We reserve the right to pause work or withhold delivery if invoices are overdue.
7. Delivery and storage
7.1. Final files are delivered via download link, shared drive, or your preferred platform.
7.2. We will keep project files and raw recordings for at least 60 days after delivery. Long term archiving can be arranged as an additional service.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. You retain ownership of your content and final episodes once invoices are fully paid.
9. Results and guarantees
9.1. We cannot guarantee audience growth, downloads, revenue, or business results.
9.2. Our responsibility is to provide the agreed production services to a professional standard.
10. Changes to terms
10.1. We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version in effect at the time of your booking or invoice applies to that project or billing period.
